Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the moment you walk into a clean space.
Step 1Ask for your quote
Tell us about your space on the quote form, by text or by phone. It takes about two minutes. We reply with your free quote and the next available time. No payment is needed to get a quote, and first-time clients get the welcome bonus.
Step 2Book your time
Pick the day that suits you: one time, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Tell us how to get in (key, lockbox, concierge or code) and anything your cleaner should know, like pets or rooms to skip. We keep access details private.
Step 3We show up and clean
A background-checked cleaner arrives on schedule, in uniform with photo ID, bringing their own supplies. They work room by room through the Tidora Cleaning checklist.
Step 4Every room is photo-checked
Before leaving, your cleaner checks each room against the list and photographs it. It keeps one standard on every visit, and it means the work is on record.
